Papaya passion, deliciously sweet with musky undertones and a soft, butter-like consistency, it is no wonder the papaya was reputably called the "fruit of the angels" by columbus.

Once considered quite exotic, they can now be found in markets throughout the year. The papaya is a good source of vitamin c. Here, it is combined with pineapple for that extra zing. Glass used: footed pilsner.

Serve a tasty spread of Starters / Snacks to pair with this amazing drink.

I do like eating papaya, but chilled Papaya Passion is welcome as it tastes great with the pineapple juice.
