Papaya Mango Smoothie

Papaya and mango both are said to be alkaline by nature and hence good for acidity. Do remember to try this variation when mango is in season.

1 cup chopped papaya
1 cup fresh chopped mango
1 tbsp sugar (optional)
1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
crushed ice to serve

  1. Combine all the ingredients except the ice in the mixer and blend till smooth.
  2. Add some crushed ice into 2 individual glasses and pour the smoothie over it.
  3. Serve immediately.
