Deliciously soft paneer and crunchy papad come together in this mouth-watering snack. The sandwiched paneer cubes can also be coated with crushed noodles if papads are not preferred.

Method
  1. Slice the paneer cubes into 2 halves of size 1" x 1" x ¼". Keep aside.
  2. Sandwich some green chutney between 2 cubes of paneer. Keep aside.
  3. Crush the papads coarsely and keep aside.
  4. Combine the flour with salt and ¼ cup of water to make a thin batter.
  5. Dip the sandwiched paneer cubes in the flour batter and then roll them in crushed papad in such a way that the papad pieces cover the paneer completely from all sides.
  6. Heat the oil and deep-fry a few paneer pieces at a time on medium flame till golden brown in colour.
  7. Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot.

This recipe is so quick and delicious. The outer covering of papad, gives a nice crunchy mouthfeel. Along with the crunchiness, the taste of the papad, with the paneer and green chutney is a great combination. Delicious..

This is not a v great combination.. chutney tastes doesn't come .. paneer tastes v bland.. I had to sprinkle chaat masala after frying.. I had used roasted papad instead of raw though I tried wit raw too n didn't taste well ..
