This is an unusual combination of panipuri with noodles,this is an unusual combination of Indian and Chinese.

20 puris
1 tsp black salt (sanchal)
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp sev

For The Filling
1 tbsp oil
1 1/2 cups boiled noodles
3 tsp red paste , refer handy tip
3 tsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp grated carrot
1 tbsp mashed paneer (cottage cheese)

For The Garnish
mayonise sauce , refer handy tip

For the filling

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add red paste, sauté for a minute.
  2. Add the tomato ketchup, carrot, paneer, salt, boiled noodles and mix well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Keep aside to cool.
  4. In each pani puri, fill it with noodles, sprinkle rock salt, cumin seeds powder, chaat masala and sev,
  5. Serve immediately garnished with mayonnaise sauce.

handy tip

    for the red paste

    1. Combine 2 fresh red chillies, 1 tsp chopped ginger, salt to taste, 1 tsp chopped garlic and oil and blend in a mixer till smooth. Use as required.

    for mayonnaise sauce

    1. Combine 2 tsp mayonnaise, 2 tsp pineapple jam and 2 tsp chopped mint and blend in a mixer till smooth. Use as required.
