A brilliant combination of cottage cheese, peppers and spring onions comes together in the Paneer and Capsicum Hot Dog Roll, making it a treat that is sure to excite the taste buds. - Divide the filling into 4 equal portions and keep aside.
- Slit each hot dog roll horizontally into 2.
- Brush the inside of each hot dog roll with a little melted butter and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°c (360°f) for 5 minutes.
- Stuff a portion of the filling on each baked hot dog roll and again bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°c (360°f) for another 5 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
