A delicious and simple paneer recipe.
Method- Mash the paneer, add the salt, red chilli powder, cumin seeds powder, coriander seeds powder and chopped coriander and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into small equal portions and shape them into balls.
- Coat the balls with the cornflour.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry the balls till they turn golden brown and crisp from all the sides.
- Serve hot.
