With the simple tomato, onion and chilli paste combination lending a yummy taste to the sautéed paneer, this mildly-flavoured rice dish makes a filling meal on its own. Paneer Pulao is the one that I turn to when I face a time crunch or I run out of my stock of vegetables.

Quick and delicious recipe. I also add mixed vegetables. I had to reduce the amount of water though.
