Using cottage cheese to prepare kheer gives you a rich mouth-feel and flavour without labouring over the milk for too long. You will be delighted to see your kids lick of this delectable and protein-rich Paneer Kheer up to the last drop! Garnishing with nuts reinforces the kheer with more protein and other nutrients too, making this a wonderful snack or dessert for growing kids and adults too. You can even opt to serve this kheer at parties, because it tastes delightful both hot and cold.
