Delve into the delicious world of vegetable delicacies like paneer in spicy tomato sauce. The paneer cubes are enrobed with a spicy tomato sauce and then enjoyed with rotis or naans.
Method- Heat butter in a non-stick pan, add the onions and saute till they turn translucent.
- Add the capsicum and mushrooms, mix well and saute for 5 minutes.
- Add the blended sauce, mix well and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
- Add the paneer pieces and mix well.
- Serve hot.
