Paneer cheese fingers exhibit one of the most delicious snack or starter recipes with grated cottage cheese and processed cheese mixed together with select seasonings.

Paneer Cheese Fingers recipe - How to make Paneer Cheese Fingers

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:     Makes 6 servings

Ingredients
200 gms grated paneer (cottage cheese)
2 grated cheese cubes
2 ladi pavs
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tsp chopped green chillies
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 lemon
1 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania) leaves
a pinch of red colour
salt to taste
oil for deep frying
Method
  1. Soak the pav in salted water for 1/2 a minute and squeeze out all excess water.
  2. Combine the soaked pav, and the other ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into small fingers shape.
  4. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry till they turn golden brown and crisp from all the sides.
  5. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green mint chutney.

innovative recipe! its quite heavy with all the cheese and paneer plus its fried, but the very same things make it incredibly delicious! Worth making it!
