Method
  1. Cook the moong dal, spinach and onion in 6 teacups of water. When cooked, blend the mixture in a liquidiser.
  2. Strain the soup and add the butter, salt and pepper.
  3. Deep fry the paneer lightly and add to the soup.
  4. Serve hot.
