Ingredients

Method
  1. Clean, boil and strain the spinach leaves. Reserve the water.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, add the dry spices and onions,garlic, spinach and salt, saute for 30 seconds. Cool it.
  3. Blend the spinach mixture in a blender and strain using the reserved water.
  4. Heat another pan, pour the spinach mixture and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from flame.
  5. Serve hot.
