Palak soup brings taste and health together in one bowl. Learn the step by step procedure to prepare the mouth-watering hot palak soup recipe and enjoy it with toasted wheat breads and grilled vegetables.
- Clean, boil and strain the spinach leaves. Reserve the water.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the dry spices and onions,garlic, spinach and salt, saute for 30 seconds. Cool it.
- Blend the spinach mixture in a blender and strain using the reserved water.
- Heat another pan, pour the spinach mixture and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from flame.
- Serve hot.
