Ingredients


2 1/4 cups orange juice
1 1/2 cups low fat yoghurt
10 tsp sugar
5 ice-cubes

Method
  1. Blend the orange juice, yoghurt, sugar and ice-cubes in a liquidiser.
  2. Pour into 5 glasses. Serve chilled.
