Oranges are tart, bananas are sweet and fresh curds whipped together are sure to steal your child's heart and meet their calcium and protein needs just in a glass.

Ingredients


1/2 cup peeled orange segments
3/4 cup chopped bananas
1 1/2 cups thick fresh curds (dahi)
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp powdered sugar
4 ice-cubes

Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  2. Pour into 4 individual glasses and serve immediately.
