Makes 18 to 20 balls

1 cup peanut butter , crunchy or smooth
1 cup non-dairy chocolate chips
3/4 cup maple syrup , readily available in the market
1 cup chopped walnuts (akhrot) or pecans

  1. Heat a pan, add the peanut butter and when it melts, add the chocolate chips and maple syrup and mix well.
  2. Add the walnuts and mix gently.
  3. Remove from the flame and blend using a hand blender.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  5. Once chilled, roll the mixture with your hands into bite-sized balls and place on a serving tray.
  6. Serve chilled.
