Nutritious Radish Rotis

Low-sodium radish leaves combine with three nutri-rich flours to make a healthy treat for the heart. Boiled potato softens the Rotis and adds its own special flavour.

Ingredients

Method
  1. Grind the buckwheat to a fine powder in a mixer. Keep aside.
  2. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl and knead into stiff dough by adding just enough water.
  3. Divide into 8 equal portions and roll each portion into a circle of 100 mm. (4") diameter with the help of a little flour.
  4. Cook each roti on a non-stick pan, using ΒΌ teaspoon oil until both sides are golden brown.
  5. Repeat with the remaining dough to make 7 more rotis.
  6. Serve hot.
