Ingredients

Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl, add enough water to make a thin batter and divide into 8 equal parts.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan and grease it lightly with oil.
  3. Spread a portion of the batter to form a circle of 4 mm. thickness.
  4. Cook on both sides till golden brown, using a little oil.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter to make 7 more chilas.
  6. Serve hot.
