North Indian Pinni recipe - How to make North Indian Pinni

Ingredients
200 ml condensed milk
400 gms whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
100 gms powdered sugar
150 gms ghee
50 gms almonds (badam) , coarsely ground
a few blanched almonds (badam) , for decorating
Method
    Method
  1. Rub some ghee into the flour to get breadcrumbs consistency. Fry on medium fire till it turns golden brown.
  2. Remove from fire and cool for 5 mins.
  3. Add the powdered sugar, almonds and mix thoroughly.
  4. Add condensed milk in small quantities to get a mixture which is neither too dry not too wet.
  5. Form into oval pinnies and leave to cool.
  6. Serve decorated with blanched almonds.
