North indians also use chaat masala which is a perfect blend of spicy, salty and sour flavours. You can just sprinkle as per your taste over fruits, chaat, curds, raitas, salads or add as an ingredient while making kebabs, tikkis, wadas, stuffed parathas etc. The key ingredient that gives the zing to the chaat masala is the black salt. Prepare and store this tasty chaat masala in an air tight container.
