A thai variation of the popular burmese khowsuey, here the noodles and vegetables are combined with a fiery thai curry sauce.
- Combine all the ingredients in a small pan and simmer till the mixture thickens a little. Keep aside.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the noodles, bean sprouts, broccoli, salt and pepper and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Pour the curry sauce over the vegetables and serve immediately.
