Makes 4 servings


Ingredients

2 cups coconut milk
300 ml soda or lemon squash
2 lemon
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp powdered sugar
2 tbsp mint juice
1 tbsp gulkand
a mint sprig and lemon slice for garnishing

Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients, and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  2. Serve chilled garnished with mint and lemon slice, served in a coconut shell.
