Cheese is melted over the corn chips and heated quickly in the oven to make nachos. Guests pull out individual chips to eat with their fingers.
- Mix the cheese, milk and 1 tablespoon of water and cook on a slow flame until the cheese melts.
- Arrange the corn chips on a plate and spread the melted cheese on top.
- Spread a few pickle jalapenos on top. Grill for a few minutes until the cheese bubbles.
- Serve hot.
