Nachos, for the cheese lovers ! cheesy and crispy when combined togeather make a great snack. . . .

2 1/4 to 3 cups corn chips
3/4 cup grated cooking cheese
2 tbsp milk
sliced pickled jalapenos

For Serving
taco salad
refried beans

  1. Mix the cheese, milk and 1 tablespoon of water and cook on a slow flame until the cheese melts.
  2. Arrange the corn chips on a plate and spread the melted cheese on top.
  3. Spread a few pickle jalapenos on top. Grill for a few minutes until the cheese bubbles.
  4. Serve hot with taco salad and refried beans.
