Cooking has always been my passion and hobby. As a little girl, I remember cooking real rice in my little earthen pot which was a part of my kitchen play set, and using dry leaves and small stones as ingredients for my make – believe dishes. I believe it is this imaginative figment that brings originality and adds creativity to my dishes.
