Love to eat healthy food. Convert the high cal food to low cal food.



Also try and eat healthy. Trick is to eat every 2 hours and not eat too much at one go.



Dinner should be at 7:30 pm, followed by a juice at 9:30 pm.

JW Marriott, Mumbai Cafe for Sunday buffet, Crossword Mumbai Moshe at Kemps Corner for salads.

Chinese, Italian, Lebanese.

Rajma.
