It is very tangy in taste and can be eaten with roti/paratha.

Ingredients


500gms-mutton
250gms-onion
1-tomato
whole garammasala-cloves,cinnamon,blackpepper.taj,cardommon.
salt to taste
whole grated ginger/garlic
1/2- cup water
2tbsp-vinegar
4tbsp-oil
whole red chillies 3-4

Method

  1. Wash the mutton pieces. in pressure cooker
  2. Put oil then add mutton,stir for few min.then add onions and other ingrediants execpt vinegar. mix well and put cooker on for 15 min. open and last add vinegar.mutton stew is ready.
