Mushroom and Lentil Soup

With onset of winters warmth and nutrition that we get from hot soups is truly satisfying. This is a simple semi thick soup. Subtle flavors from each of this ingredients come together to give a soup that is truly satisfying.
Method- Combine all the ingredients for soup in a kadhai, mix well and bring to boil.
- Prepare the tempering and pour it in the kadhai.
- Add seasoning and water as per the desired consistency.
- Garnish it with coriander and serve it with khakra and biscuits.
