Mushroom Babycorn Masala recipe - How to make Mushroom Babycorn Masala

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 servings

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions,coconut, coriander powder, cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves, poppy seeds, cardamom, tomatoes and garlic and saute for 5 minutes.
  2. Cool and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  3. Heat 2 tsp oil in a kadhai, add the ground masala and saute till the oil seperates from the masala.
  4. Add the mushrooms and babycorn and saute, adding sufficient water and salt, mix well and cover and cook till they turn soft and tender.
  5. Serve hot garnished with coriander.
