A healthier version of the Bombay pav bhaji. You can use any sprouts in this bhaji.

  1. Boil the moong sprouts in very little water. Do not overcook. Drain and keep the moong water aside.
  2. Heat the butter in a tava and fry the onion until golden.
  3. Then add the tomatoes, chilli powder, turmeric powder, green chilli, pav bhaji masala and salt and cook for 1 minute
  4. Add the potatoes, moong sprouts and coriander and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. If the mixture becomes dry, sprinkle the moong water.
  6. Serve hot with bread.
