Method

  1. mix sprouted moong beans with chopped onions, chopped capsicum, chopped tomatoes and chopped green chilies.
  2. Refrigerate for half an hour.
  3. Make a dressing by mixing lime juice, chaat masala and salt.
  4. Mix dressing with sprouted moong and vegetables at the time of serving
