Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 servings

  1. Combine milk and besan well ,mix well and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan, add the besan and saute for 12 minutes.
  3. Add the condensed milk and cook with while stirring continuously for 15 minutes or till the mixture thickens.
  4. Add the saffron, mix well and remove from the flame and pour the mixture into a greased plate and garnish with almonds.
  5. Cool and cut into desired pieces.

This recipe is fantastic option for traditional method of making mohanthaal It is very very good very very easy to make No fear of spoiling There is no chance of any mistake Thank you very much for this recipe
