Method
  1. You can take potatoes, carrots, french beans, cauliflower, green peas as mixed vegetables.
  2. Heat the oil and fry the cashewnuts. Remove from the pan and keep aside.
  3. Fry the paste in the same oil for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Add the vegetables and fry for 1 minute. Add 3/4 teacup of water and cook until the vegetables are soft.
  5. Mix the milk and cream and add to the vegetables. Add the sugar and salt.
  6. Top with the fried cashewnuts and serve hot.
