Ingredients
50 gms carrot , chopped
10 french beans , chopped
50 gms tomatoes , chopped
5 brinjal (baingan / eggplant) , chopped
1 onion , chopped
2 tbsp oil
2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
2 green chillies , chopped
2 tsp chopped fresh garlic (lehsun)
2 tbsp powdered sesame seeds (til)
salt to taste
Method
    Method
  1. Heat the oil in a kadhai and add the cumin seeds.
  2. When the seeds crackle, add the vegetables, tomatoes, tamarind , ginger, garlic, green chillies, onion and saute till the vegetables are cooked.
  3. Blend in a mixer till smooth.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  5. Store refrigerated.
