Minty jamun ginger capriosca,commonly called as the water apple or wax apple in the far east, jamuns are also known as jambu in india. Its white or pink flesh is mildly fragrant with a faint sweetish flavour. Muddled together with mint, it makes an extremely unique drink that is worth giving away your entire fortune for!
glass used: rock glass
- Combine ¼ cup of jamun, 1 tbsp mint leaves, 1 tbsp ginger-ale squash and 1 tbsp sugar syrup in a rock glass.
- Muddle (lightly crush) the ingredients together, using a muddler.
- Repeat steps 1 and 2 for 3 more glasses.
- In each rock glass, place ¼ cup of crushed ice and top it with ½ bottle of chilled soda. Serve immediately.
