Ingredients

5 tbsp sugar
500 ml milk
1/2 tbsp cornflour
1/2 tbsp coffee powder
1/2 tsp butterscotch essence
3 scoops vanilla ice-cream
1/2 tsp mint essence
chopped chocolate for garnishing

Method
  1. Caramelize sugar in a pan than add half of the milk in it(milk should be at room temperature,if cold than it will cause lumps)mix well and stir continuously.
  2. Add the cornflour to the remaining milk and pour it in pan, keep stirring.
  3. Add the coffee powder and stir it till one boil comes.
  4. Keep aside to cool and add the butterscotch essence,mint essence, vanilla ice-cream crushed ice and blend well.
  5. Garnish with sweet chocolate pieces.
  6. Serve chilled.
