Mini Cabbage Pancakes

An enhanced version of chila, cabbage mini pancake is delicious and wholesome. What is more, it can also be prepared in a jiffy, making it a great start to a busy day. Serve hot and fresh with chutney or ketchup.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well to make a thick batter using little water.
- Grease a non-stick mini uttapa pan with a little oil.
- Pour 2 tbsp of the batter in each uttapa mould and spread it lightly.
- Cook on a slow flame, using a little oil till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides.
- Repeat steps 2 to 4 to make more mini pancakes.
- Serve hot.
