1 kg red tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
1 green chilli, chopped
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp dried oregano
2 pinches of sugar
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste

  1. Put the tomatoes in hot water for 10 minutes. Take out the skin and chop them.
  2. Heat the oil and fry the onion for 1/2 minute. Add the green chilli and fry again for a few seconds.
  3. Add the tomatoes, chilli powder, oregano, sugar and salt.
