Ingredients

Method
  1. Heat the ghee in a vessel and fry the chopped onion for a little time.
  2. Add the crushed garlic and fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the rice and fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add just enough water to cook the rice, add salt, cover and cook slowly.
  5. In a broad vessel, heat the oil and fry the slliced onions till golden brown in colour.
  6. Remove the sliced onions and, in the same oil, fry the cabbage for 2 minutes.
  7. Remove the the cabbage and, in the same oil, fry the capsicum for 1 minute.
  8. To the capsicum, add the tomato, soya sauce, chilli powder and salt.
  9. Add the fried onions, cabbage and rice and mix well.
  10. Serve hot.
