1.you are eat with achaar& chhuda
- Sieve atta, besan along with salt and red chili powder.
- Add chopped methi leaves, ghee and yogurt and mix well. add enough water and knead into a stiff dough. keep covered with a damp cloth and leave it for 20 minutes.
- Divide into 8 equal portions. roll out into a 5” diskette.
- Cook on a hot tawa, applying a little oil till both sides are cooked and light golden brown.
