Ingredients

Method
  1. Heat the oil in a tava and fry the onion for a few minutes.
  2. Add the tomatoes, turmeric powder, chilli powder, sugar and salt and fry again for a few minutes.
  3. Cut the paneer into cubes. Deep fry the paneer. Soak in warm water for 30 minutes. Drain.
  4. Add the paneer and methi and cook for a few minutes.
  5. Serve hot.

Tips
  1. Note : Chef's Tip :
  2. Don't be tempted to cover the methi with a lid while cooking as that would make it lose its colour.
