Ingredients

Method
  1. Mix the maize flour, spinach, fenugreek leaves, chilli powder, green chillies, sesame seeds and salt. Add hot water and make a soft dough.
  2. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
  3. Spread a damp cloth on a wooden board and flatten one part until it is 150 to 175 mm. (6" to 7") in diameter.
  4. Lift with the cloth and put it upside down on a tava. Remove the cloth.
  5. Cook on both sides, using a little oil. Repeat with the remaining dough to make 3 more rotis.
  6. Serve hot.
