This recipe is an unusual variation to the delicious Mango Panha and tastes just as good. It is an excellent coolant and drives away the heat during the hot summer months! Melon purée flavoured with cardamom powder is served topped with chilled water.

Ingredients

Method
  1. Combine the musk melon, sugar, cardamom powder and lemon juice and blend into a smooth purée.
  2. Pour the melon mixture into 2 serving glasses, top with ice cubes and chilled water. Mix well.
  3. Serve immediately.

Tips
  1. You can adjust the sweetness as desired.
