Thick, hot and spicy flavoured with mint and coriander is all i can say about this soup. It is sure to free you from nose blocks and help to overcome the cold.
- Heat the oil in a wok over a high flame. Add the garlic, ginger, vegetables and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes over a high flame.
- Add the stock, mint, coriander, soya sauce, salt and pepper.
- Add the cornflour paste to the soup and boil for 1 minute. Top with the chilli oil and coriander.
- Serve hot with soy sauce.
