This is supposed to be served hot now take boiled vatana mixture garnish with potatoes lacha
sprinkle chat masala as required

Matar Chaat recipe - How to make Matar Chaat

Ingredients

250 gms safed vatana (dried white peas)
2 inch ginger (adrak)
4 green chillies
salt to taste
for garnishing
3 large sized potatoes
for chaat masala
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1 tsp black salt (sanchal)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chilli powder
powder
powder
2 tsp dried mango powder (amchur)
Method

  1. Soak vatana overnight
  2. Next day take ginger chilli green add salt in enough water fo it to soak put them in cooker
  3. Give it 5 whistle
  4. It willboiled thoroughly dry water
  5. Grate potatoes
  6. Fry them
