Summer Fruit - Mango!!

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:     Makes 4 servings

1 cup vermicelli (seviyan)
1 cup sugar
1 liter milk
2 powdered cardamoms
30 almonds (badam) , chopped
10 pistachios , chopped
20 raisins (kismis) , chopped
2 cups mango pulp
2 tsp condensed milk , optional

  1. Heat the milk in pan, add the vermicelli and sugar, mix well and cook for 5 minutes till it cooked and soft. Keep aside for cooling.
  2. ADd the mango pulp and all other ingredients and keep it refrigerated.
  3. Serve Chilled.
