Ingredients

4 idlis
1 small tomatoes chopped
4-5 cloves of garlic grated
1/2 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
5-6 kadi patta
1 green chilly chopped
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
salt to taste
2 tblsp coriander chopped
Method


  1. Heat oil in a wok
  2. Add mustard seeds,green chillies n kadi patta.
  3. When the seeds splutter add tomatoes salt and red chilly powder and saute well
  4. Add idlis broken into pcs.
  5. Add coriander and saute for two mins and serve hot
