The masaledar veg pasta is truly an imaginative pasta recipe prepared in the traditional indian way with boiled pasta cooked with indian spices.

  1. Heat the butter and oil in a pan, add the onions and fry till onion turns golden brown in colour.
  2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute.
  3. Add the tomatoes and ketchup and saute for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the garam masala, chicken masala powder, chilli powder and salt and saute for a minute.
  5. Add the spring onions, corn, capsicum and cabbage and saute for a minute.
  6. Add 1 cup of water and bring to a boil or cook till the gravy becomes thick.
  7. Add the sugar, oregano and basil and cook it for 5 minutes.
  8. Add the pasta, mix well and sprinkle the cheese over it and cook on slow flame for 3 minutes or till the cheese melts.
  9. Serve hot.
