Crunchy peanuts coated with a spicy besan mixture make a perfect accompaniment to a relaxed evening cup of tea. Be very careful whilst cooking them as even a few extra seconds in the microwave will make the nuts hard and difficult to bite into.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl ensuring the batter coats the peanuts evenly.
- On a greased microwave safe plate drop each of the coated peanuts separately and microwave on high for 1½ minutes.
- Remove and cool. Store in an air-tight container.
