A recipe for Olive Garden Marinated Peppers comprising of red bell peppers, green bell peppers and yellow bell peppers which are stir fried together with sliced garlic and balsamic vinegar . Throw in extra virgin olive oil and you have a delicious and nutrient dense marinated peppers on the table.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Wash the peppers and roast them whole in a 450 degree oven for 10-15 minutes or until the skin blisters and blackens.
  2. Immediately transfer to a holding pan and cover sealing with film. let cool
  3. When cool, peel and core the peppers, eliminating all seeds.
  4. Season them with remaining ingredients, cut into strips, serve with toasted bread.
